João LuizI'm not speaking ill of the entire firm but one particular individual which is the old white man. My taxes r annoying to deal w. Originally I did not want him to do my taxes. I spoke w someone else and wanted them to do my taxes. But the second time I came back he pulled me into his office. So I gave him a chance. After I stopped by the office many times he kept asking me questions. I don't have time to talk and sit down to do my taxes. I gave him my number to call me and he never did. This week I stopped by to see how it was and he just handed my folder and said he can't do it. I asked him if I can speak to someone else and he said no. But I am far too busy to deal w a senior citizen. The reviews are for other CPA not him. He should retire. That's y every time that I've stopped by he is always not busy meanwhile everybody else is sitting w a client. That's y clients r waiting for other cpa and not him.
